Hack Space Con 2025 at Kennedy Space Center was my second year at the conference. This time I have given a talk on emulating borderless threat actors to expose real security gaps.
The core of it was mindset. Assume the adversary does not care about your network or organisational boundaries, test that way, and find out whether your defences hold up against how attackers actually move today.
