In November 2025 I have taught Mastering Breach and Adversarial Attack Simulation Engagements to Validate Cyber Defenses at DEF CON Training in Bahrain, the first run of the course in the Middle East.
Over two days the class designed and ran breach and adversary simulation in a defended lab, covering red team tradecraft, threat actor and ransomware emulation, evasion and purple teaming, with each technique mapped to ATT&CK. The group finished with a playbook they could take straight back to their own networks. Those who passed the practical exam got the CBAS certification.
