At BSides Delhi 2020, held online, I have presented the five phases of IRTOF, the Internal Red Team Operations Framework.
The talk was for organisations that want their own red team but are not sure where to begin. I walked through the five phases, from getting buy-in and building the first capability to running regular operations and growing the programme over time.
